No. They book or order from your website or your Google listing, on whatever phone or computer they already use.
Will you post or reply to reviews without asking me?
No. Every review reply and every change to your website is shown to you first. Nothing is published until you approve it.
Do I need to learn new software?
No. We set everything up and run it for you. For booking, ordering and inventory we work with tools like Square, Shopify or Zoho, so if you already use one of them, we build on what you have.
What does the setup fee cover?
Building everything for your business: designing and writing your website, setting up your Google profile, setting up online booking or ordering and review requests, and loading your inventory. It's paid once.
Can I start small?
Yes. You can start with Starter or Growth and add more later. We'll recommend the smallest package that solves your biggest problem.
